NSPIRE inspections and protocol support.

ATK is trained on NSPIRE and offers NSPIRE inspections, protocol support, and readiness consulting for PHAs, agencies, and landlords — co-equal with our HQS work.

NSPIRE is a scored / graded standard by defect severity — not an HQS-style pass/fail product promise. ATK documents scored / graded findings from the on-site visit. The PHA or program applies its own rules to those results and decides final program action.

We do not advertise a formal NSPIRE certification or NSPIRE license. NSPIRE work follows current HUD NSPIRE standards and local PHA requirements under the protocol you specify.
