Readiness consulting is a mock walk before the official HQS or NSPIRE inspection on the agency calendar. ATK walks units, flags likely fails, and gives a fix order so crews work the highest-risk items first.

A readiness walk is not the official housing authority inspection and does not replace it. It does not guarantee a pass. Pass/fail for HCV is the PHA’s decision.
