Cities and markets
Primary fieldwork centers on the Dayton and Cincinnati voucher markets and nearby communities. That commonly includes Dayton, Springfield, Middletown, Hamilton, Xenia, Fairborn, Kettering, Beavercreek, and surrounding towns where HCV and assisted units need documented pass/fail results.
Counties
Regular coverage includes Montgomery, Greene, Clark, Butler, and Warren counties, with jobs in adjacent Southwest Ohio counties when schedules align. If your PHA or portfolio sits just outside that ring, say so in your email — you get a plain yes or no on travel.
Travel for larger jobs
Larger portfolios, multi-site agencies, or out-of-area work are considered when travel makes sense. Include the city or county, unit count, and whether you need HQS, NSPIRE, or readiness consulting when you write.
