Remote NSPIRE readiness reviews
Photo and video readiness consulting for agencies and landlords—not an official HUD, REAC, or PHA inspection. On-site work remains Southwest Ohio unless travel is expressly agreed.
Southwest Ohio for on-site inspections. Nationwide for remote readiness reviews only.
ATK reviews material you provide (photos, video walkthroughs, prior findings, repair evidence) and returns a written readiness report of visible concerns and limits. A remote review does not certify compliance, close an agency deficiency, assign an official NSPIRE score, or replace the agency’s decision.
Who this is for
- PHAs and agencies preparing units or properties for an upcoming inspection.
- Owners and property managers organizing repairs across assisted units.
- Landlords who want a clearer repair list before the official visit.
- Teams outside Southwest Ohio that need a document, photo, or video review—not an on-site inspector.
If your agency requires an official inspection, a physical test, or on-site verification, a remote review is not a substitute.
What ATK can review remotely
Scope is agreed before you submit materials. Depending on the job, that may include photos of rooms and visible conditions, a recorded video walkthrough, an existing deficiency list or prior findings, photos of completed repairs (limited review of what the evidence shows), and program instructions you provide.
The review focuses on visible concerns, possible readiness gaps, and items that need better evidence or on-site attention. A photo of a repair is not the same as physically checking it.
What you receive
A written readiness report that identifies the material reviewed, the visible concerns, and the limits of the review. It separates items your team can act on from questions that need clearer evidence or an on-site check. It does not certify compliance or replace the agency’s decision.
What must be checked on site
- Tests of equipment, alarms, utilities, or other systems that photos cannot prove.
- Areas not shown, inaccessible spaces, or conditions hidden from view.
- Measurements or conditions photos and video cannot establish reliably.
- The official inspection and documentation your program requires.
How to request
- Describe the property and deadline (organization, city/state, unit count, program, target date). Say you want a remote readiness review.
- ATK confirms whether the job is suitable, what materials are needed, the deliverable, and an expected completion window.
- Send only the agreed material after instructions. Do not send tenant SSNs, financial, or medical records.
- Use the report to organize repairs or arrange on-site work. Your agency retains official authority.
ATK is an independent provider, not HUD or a housing authority. Readiness consulting does not guarantee a favorable inspection outcome or a particular NSPIRE score.
Thanks. Your remote-review request has been received. We’ll reply by email to confirm whether the scope is suitable. A review has not been booked yet.
