Form HUD-52580 — pass, fail, fix, reinspect.

When a Housing Choice Voucher program still uses HQS paperwork, Form HUD-52580 / 52580-A is the inspection record many PHAs expect. ATK completes that form when required, from conditions observed on site — not guessed from photos.

Pass or fail is recorded clearly. Failures include a plain reason so owners and crews know what to fix. After repairs, programs often schedule a re-inspection; ATK can return when your agency or landlord engagement calls for it.

Pass/fail for HCV remains the PHA’s call. Completing HUD-52580 does not mean ATK is HUD-approved or that a unit is guaranteed to pass the official agency inspection.
